It combines well-known loving-kindness phrases with visualization to foster a stronger sense of connection with the self and others even when we have to social distance.

This meditation was inspired by a favorite quote of mine from the book 'The Soul of Money' by Lynne Twist. It is all about releasing feelings of lack, scarcity and 'not-enoughness.' It is a mantra meditation using the phrases 'I am enough. I do enough. I have enough. There is enough.'

5-Minute Work Break Meditation (05:37)

This is a perfect way to take a 5-minute break from your computer screen and your phone with a simple guided breathing meditation to help you de-stress and re-focus. Turn away from your electronics, close your eyes and drift away for a few minutes of quiet and stillness.
