Qoya Offerings
1-2-1 and Bespoke Group Sessions
I offer personalised qoya classes for individuals as well as for small groups and special occasions.
This includes a 1 hour video call with me to create a theme together as well as a 1.5 hour Qoya class.
Cost for individual session: £47
Cost for bespoke group session: TBD depending on venue cost and group numbers.
Personalised Qoya Movement Ritual
Through a 45-minute discussion where we identify the key aspects you desire to put more emphasis on in your life, we will create a personalised movement ritual for you to be able to incorporate Qoya into your daily life within a 10-15 minute time-frame. Daily rituals are at the heart of maintaining a sense of grounding and care in one’s life. Doing a personalised movement ritual on a regular basis can help you focus on what you truly want out of each day.

Upcoming Classes
I live in the Derbyshire, UK area and have been running monthly in-person classes since in June, 2023. Classes run between 75-90 minutes. Each class is based on a different theme, i.e. ‘Open to Receiving Love’ or ‘Living Intentionally.’
PLEASE NOTE: In person Qoya classes are currently paused. I will update this page when they resume again. If you are interested in an in-person class please email me directly at kelly@soulhaven.love.
Day: In-person Qoya embodied movement classes run the third Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise indicated) starting in June, 2023.
Time: Classes start at 7:20pm and run between 75 and 90 minutes.
Location: Sawmills Village Hall, Ripley Rd, Sawmills, Belper, Derbys, DE56 2JQ

Online Classes
My first offering of 2024 will be an online workshop in February where we will combine a full Qoya class with a Vision Board Class.
Come ‘Begin Again’ with me on Saturday 10th February from 3:00pm - 6:00pm BST (10:00am - 1:00pm EST). Qoya will be from 3:00pm - 4:30pm and the Vision Board class will begin at 4:30pm. Come to one or the full workshop!
For regular classes the price is the same for both online and in person classes. If you can’t make it to the online class you can request a recording of it.
Payments:
For the full February workshop the cost is £21. Qoya class only or Vision Board class only is £12.
For regular classes, the first class is half price at £6 and all further classes are £12 per session.

A note from my heart 💚: I know what it is like for money to keep you from caring for yourself and learning and growing when times are tough. Our current period where many are facing a cost of living crisis is effecting so many, but I never want this to be a hindrance to people attending my Qoya classes. First and foremost, I am here to help myself and others heal and grow.
