Kelly's Qoya classes are amazing! I've done yoga for many years so wasn't sure about adding in a new practice, but I am very glad I did. Kelly's teaching helped me understand what I was missing in my yoga practice - the free movement and cues were freeing and I left the class feeling alive, calm, and peaceful. I can't recommend Qoya with Kelly enough!

As someone who's struggled over the years feeling comfortable in my own body and dancing how and when it feels good, I absolutely love Qoya. It provides a safe space to move my body how my body needs to be moved and to do so with purpose. Every time I finish a class I feel refreshed not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Kelly does a great job making the space feel welcoming and bringing together all the different women who take her classes to support each other. Qoya is never something I would have considered before and now I like to take a class every month or so just to reset.

I had the pleasure of taking my first Qoya class with Kelly recently and it was truly an amazing experience! Kelly is a natural leader and makes everyone comfortable to show up as their true selves and be fully present. The class was a perfect variety of ways to move and reflect. I felt like the experience allowed me to release bad energy while also energizing myself with this new freedom of not being weighed down. I wish I could do a class with Kelly every morning to start my day! Kelly truly is a natural Qoya instructor and I look forward to taking more classes with her soon.

Kelly facilitated a Meditation and Mindfulness session for our Innovate UK Young Innovator Award Winners. Designed to ensure the wellbeing of our young entrepreneurs, Kelly spent time to understand the challenges the group were facing and create a bespoke workshop to fully support them.
Taught with honesty, insight and integrity, Kelly created a safe and supportive environment, in which she brought together current societal pressures, personal experience, theory and exercises the group could take away for future reference.
There were so many positive comments and feedback from the group around the session. Further to this I personally found the session gave me the time and tools needed to open my mind, reflect and start a journey to a better more fulfilled life.
